An in-duct particulate matter probe that monitors supply air before it reaches cleanrooms or production zones, so filter failures and upstream contamination are caught before they become a downstream alarm.

Cleanrooms and critical manufacturing environments rely on HVAC filtration to maintain air quality, but filter failures, upstream contamination or compromised seals often go undetected until a downstream room-level counter triggers an alarm — by which point contamination has already reached the production zone. PMDuct mounts directly into supply ducts, upstream of the point of use, and reports particulate levels in real time so filter maintenance can be scheduled predictively instead of reactively. It is built around TERA Sensor's NextPM Advanced optical sensor with an integrated pumping system, which keeps measurements reliable across a wide range of duct air speeds and diameters.
