The Annex 1 Readiness Check and CCS Maturity Check run entirely in your browser. Your answers, scores and PDF reports are processed on your device and are never transmitted to us, whether or not you accept analytics. Google Analytics, if accepted, sees only anonymous page traffic — never your answers.
If you contact us or request a consultation, we process the details you give us (name, email, company, phone, message, and optionally your assessment scores) only to respond to your request. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and, for optional marketing updates, your consent. The consultation forms open your own email application — the message goes from your mailbox to ours, with no separate marketing database.
Enquiry emails: up to 24 months after our last interaction, then deleted. Analytics data: retained by Google Analytics for 14 months, then automatically deleted. Consent choice: 12 months in your browser.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect processing already done). We do not sell personal data, do not use it for automated decision-making, and do not share it with anyone beyond the providers listed above.
