Vaporised hydrogen peroxide gas generator for residue-free bio-decontamination of isolators, enclosures and cleanroom equipment — runs remotely over Modbus TCP/IP or stand-alone with the optional Siemens touchscreen HMI.
The TUVALU 18/600 decontaminates surfaces in sealed enclosures with vaporised hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂, 30–35%). After the decontamination phase, the H₂O₂ decomposes into water and oxygen without any residues — one of the most environmentally friendly methods of enclosure decontamination. Built as an integrated gas generator assembly, it runs remotely via Modbus TCP/IP from the customer's system, or stand-alone with the optional Siemens operation panel, switching between both modes at any time.
Recirculates air in a closed loop between the generator and the volume — no exhaust connection required. Flow rate regulated 30–100% (100% ≈ 100 m³/h).
Aluminium heating plate with three heating elements and a temperature probe. Dosed H₂O₂ is flash-vaporised under continuous temperature regulation and monitoring.
Peristaltic dosing pump feeds H₂O₂ directly into the vaporiser at 2.0–18.0 g/min. A priming loop keeps the line free of air bubbles.
5-litre container on an external precision laboratory scale (15 kg, d = 0.5 g) that controls and supervises dosing and consumption throughout every cycle.
Airing, dosing preparation, vaporising (raising and maintaining), and overrun — duration and dosing of every phase are fully parameterisable.
Runs over Modbus TCP/IP from the customer's PLC, or stand-alone via the optional Siemens TP700 Comfort 7″ touchscreen — switchable at any time.
